What to watch in Devils vs. Blue Jackets: Keith Kinkaid off long layoff; How offense finds shots

Goalie Keith Kinkaid will play for the first time since Feb. 19, when he also came off a long layoff before a 6-4 loss to the New York Islanders. Kinaid's playing chances were limited in February between the Devils' bye week and a favorable schedule at home. But now returning off another long stretch on the bench, does Devils coach Hynes expect a different result?

Generating shots

The Devils combined for 52 shots over their past three losses, averaging just 17.333 per came in that stretch. With two shutouts in those games, Devils need to find a way to create more pressure in the offensive zone to find some traction on offense.
