NEWARK – Devils' 2015 first-round draft pick Pavel Zacha discussed his development as a player over the past season.
"I got called up for one game in Albany and I think it helped me a lot to be pulled up here, get the experience of how is it to be in the NHL," Zacha said Friday at the Devils development camp.
Zacha joined Devils' AHL affiliate the Albany Devils for the AHL playoffs last season.
"It was a good experience, it was my first pro playoffs, it was great, I really enjoyed it and I think it made me better as a person and as a player too," Zacha said.
