The line of Travis Zajac, Blake Coleman and Stefan Noesen was matched up against the Pittsburgh Penguins' top line all night, tasked with shutting down a dangerous unit featuring Sidney Crosby.
The trio did that, and they provided all of the Devils' offense.
Zajac scored twice, and Coleman also found the back of the net as the Devils cooled off the red-hot Penguins in a 3-1 win on Saturday at the Prudential Center in Newark.
The win was the third in a row for the Devils, and it snapped a four-game winning streak for the Penguins.
