Defenseman Steven Santini has been added to the 2016 U.S. Men’s National Team that will compete in the IIHF World Championship, USA Hockey announced today.
Santini joins fellow Devils Keith Kinkaid, David Warsofsky and Miles Wood on the U.S. squad that will be led by Devils coach John Hynes. Devils general manager Ray Shero serves on the club’s advisory group.
The tournament is set for May 6-22 in Moscow and St. Petersburg, Russia.
This will be Santini’s third time representing the United States in international play. A member of the 2014 U.
