Looks like New Jersey is adding some additional depth to the organization as they inked forward Kurtis Gabriel to a $650,000/$100,000 one-year, two-way contract it was announced on Sunday. This goes along with adding two defenseman in Eric Gryba and John Ramage as the Devils continue to stock up in Binghamton.
The 25 year-old forward from Newmarket, ONT was a third round pick in 2013 by the Minnesota Wild and has been with the Wild organization since. During that span Gabriel participated in 232 games for the Iowa Wild of the AHL (23 goals, 22 assists) and 16 games for Minnesota (0 goals, 1 assist).
