The New Jersey Devils are back outside to play a hockey game. First reported by Dave Pagnotta of The Fourth Period, the Devils will play in a Stadium Series game in the 2023-24 season. The Devils will likely be home against the Philadelphia Flyers in MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ.
There is no date yet for the game to get played, but we know it will be played in February. Just a few months ago, the rumors began to swirl when NHL Network reporter Kevin Weekes posted a tweet about the potential stadium series game and how the Devils could be involved.
