The New Jersey Devils and their fans have been through a lot this season. They went in with all the hype but another bad season has led them to fire their coach, general manager, and trade some significant players. Taylor Hall was traded back in December, but the team made two more significant trades yesterday.
About an hour and a half before game time, they announced that they have traded their captain Andy Greene to the New York Islanders for a second-round pick and prospect David Quenneville. Then, during the game, it came out that they traded Blake Coleman to the Tampa Bay Lightning for a first-round pick and prospect Nolan Foote.
