It is smart for the Devils to keep Jack Hughes from going to the World Juniors.
It has been a long 10 months since we saw Jack Hughes and the New Jersey Devils suit up for the last time before COVID-19 put an end to their season. They were not invited back to the bubble because they were one of the seven worst teams in 2019-20 so we weren’t able to see him after a few months off to get bigger, stronger, and faster. When the NHL finally returns to play, Hughes should be able to be a big-time impact player.
