The Devils shut out the Ottawa Senators on Wednesday night in Ottawa with a 3-0 win, earning Cory Schneider his 20th shutout, third of the season. Here’s your recap.
The first period started with the Devils coming out fast and attacking. Two games in a row where they came out and actually looked as though they wanted to play this game and they wanted to win. It’s such a nice, refreshing feeling.
Anyway, they came out and right off the bat, began shooting and laying checks on the Senators who couldn’t seem to catch a break with the penalties.
