The New Jersey Devils have undergone a lot of change early on in the 2015 off-season. They’ve hired a new GM and a new Head Coach and will be hiring new Assistant Coaches soon. These changes have come before any major decisions have been made in regards to the large amount of New Jersey Devils UFAs and RFAs yet to be re-signed or released. Clearly the emphasis of the organization heading into the 2015 off-season was to refine the leadership of the team so that a proper rebuild could take place.
