We are finally at November 1st, and the NHL season is in full swing. The New Jersey Devils started the season as the last team in the league to lose, but has been mediocre at best since then. The schedule has been weird, starting the season in Europe and now embarking on a seven-game road trip.
Right now, Devils fans have a terrible taste in their mouths. Coming off an 8-3 defeat at the hands of the Tampa Bay Lightning will do that to you. It was indicative of how the Devils did all month, but it did show this team they aren’t as good as they think they are.
