With the 2015 NHL Draft almost upon us, New Jersey Devils GM took care of some minor business on Monday. Per Tom Gulitti, the New Jersey Devils and goalie Scott Wedgewood agreed to a two-year contract extension. The 22-year-old has spent the last four seasons mostly in the AHL and also a little bit in the ECHL. Wedgewood was merely re-signed for depth as Keith Kinkaid was given a contract extension this off-season and Cory Schneider has a hold on the starting job.

With the re-signing of Wedgewood, the New Jersey Devils will now have 3 goalies total signed in the organization.
