The New Jersey Devils won the NHL Draft Lottery, and we have a superstar coming to the team for the next decade or so. This makes a terrible season worth it.
This was an awful, awful season for the New Jersey Devils. The goalies were terrible to start the year, then the team became the most injured in the league around February. We were forced to watch Kurtis Gabriel attempt to be a middle-six forward because that’s all we had. No offense to him, that’s just nowhere near his role.
Guess what? None of that matters ever again.
