The New Jersey Devils dropped a 3-2 loss to the Boston Bruins on Saturday night in New England.
The Bruins out shot the Devils 40-17. The Devils had their best period in the third in which six of their 17 shots came from. It was also where Kyle Palmieri scored his 20th goal of the season. The third was also a period that saw the buzzer go off twice randomly, with no explanation.
The Devils were out shot 16 to five at the end of the first period. If that doesn’t sum up the Devils offense this season, then nothing does.
