NEWARK - Michael Cammalleri played his first game for the Devils in nearly two weeks, and it was impossible to miss him.
Cammalleri finished with one goal and three assists, serving as the spark plug of a rally that erased a three-goal deficit in the second period to help the Devils grab an eventual 5-4 shootout win over the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Cammalleri missed the Devils' previous six games while attending to his daughter, who underwent surgery after suffering a severe case of pneumonia.
With the Devils entering Wednesday on a three-game losing streak, Cammalleri provided the boost the room needed.
