Two coaches — John Hynes and Pete DeBoer — have been fired and rehired elsewhere. One coach — Gerard Gallant — had to be replaced at next weekend’s All-Star Game in St. Louis because he was let go after his Golden Knights had been in first place in the Pacific Division when the teams were announced.
