Jacob Josefson extended his point streak to three games as Sweden remained unbeaten at the 2015 IIHF World Championship in Prague with a 8-1 win over Latvia on Monday.
Josefson notched his first goal of the tournament, giving him three points (1g-2a) in as many games. His tally at 9:32 of the third period was set up by Joel Lundqvist and made it a 6-1 contest.
Loui Eriksson recorded a hat trick one day after Filip Forsberg's four-point (3g-1a) showing against Austria on Sunday. Since edging the host Czech Republic in a shootout on Friday, the Swedes have won their last two games by a combined score of 14-2.
