The Last Devils Game: Last Thursday, the Devils hosted Washington. The Devils tried to make more of a game against the Caps than their New Year’s Eve contest. I wouldn’t say they accomplished that. Early on, Kyle Quincey coughed up the puck to Alex Ovechkin, which led to a goal. Later, during a penalty kill, Jon Merrill would attempt a pass to Adam Henrique in front of Keith Kinkaid.
