Ever dream of being an emergency goalie for an NHL team? The Devils may be interested in your services.
The Devils will hold tryouts on Sept. 23 for the team's emergency goalie at home games. Per an NHL rule for the 2017-18 season, all teams are required to have an emergency goalie on hand who can dress and play if either team cannot dress to two healthy goaltenders.
Now, there are some qualifications any interested party would need to meet in order to be eligible for a tryout.
* Must be between the ages of 18-35.
