The Devils rescheduled Thursday's red carpet arrival and pregame fan fast to Sunday, Oct. 14, due to expected inclement weather.
Like years past, Devils players and coaches were scheduled arrive at Prudential Center in Newark, where they will walk the red carpet, greeting fans along the way, prior to Thursday's home opener against the Washington Capitals.
With thunderstorms expected in the area Thursday, the Devils pushed their red-carpet arrival to to their second home game. They host the San Jose Sharks at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
