The Devils re-signed goalie Eddie Lack to a one-year, one-way, $650K contract on Saturday. Lack's salary will remain the same if he is playing in the NHL or AHL.
The 30-year-old is a veteran of 143 NHL games for four teams, including the Devils.
He joined New Jersey in December of 2017, when the Devils sent defenseman Dalton Prout to the Calgary Flames in exchange for Lack. Lack appeared in four NHL games, including a 4-3 win against the Tampa Bay Lightning where Lack made a career-high 48 saves.
Lack also played in 16 games with the Binghamton Devils in 2017-18.
