As far as Reilly Walsh can tell, he'll be back at Harvard for his sophomore season in 2018-19.
The 2017 third-round pick hasn't had any discussions with the Devils about leaving school early, like 2016 pick Joey Anderson did when he signed an NHL contract in April.
"I actually haven't had any conversations with New Jersey yet," Walsh said. "So as of right now, I'm just focused on next year at Harvard and everything that goes along with that. I guess when we get to that bridge, we'll cross it. For right now, I think they know I'm playing at Harvard next year and going from there.
