In his second game, and in his second conditioning stint of the season for Binghamton, goaltender Cory Schneider took the loss in a wild one at Blue Cross Arena on Wednesday. The former NHL All-Star goalie stopped 23 of 29 attempts as the BDevils faltered once again, this time by a score of 7-5 to the Amerks for their fourth loss in a row.
It was a see-saw night that resembled pond hockey at best between the two rivals as ten goals were exchanged in the first 40 minutes of action with the Devils down 6-4.
