The New Jersey Devils have great young players like Nico Hischier, Jack Hughes, Jesper Boqvist, and Nikita Gusev already at the NHL level. Then, there are players like Ty Smith, Kevin Bahl, and Jesper Boqvist waiting to be a part of the team long term. These fans have the fanbase behind them 100%. There are others that fans are more lukewarm towards.
Miles Wood is one of those players for New Jersey. He is one of the fastest players in the organization, but he hasn’t been able to put his tools together consistently.
