Tommy McNamara has only played three games for the New England Revolution, but he’s already getting plenty of compliments.
On Sunday, McNamara made his second consecutive start, operating as the no. 10. Here, McNamara was asked to put the ball in dangerous spots.
He accomplished this goal in the third minute when he offered a picturesque pass that was finished by Teal Bunbury at the back post.
“I don’t remember the last time I got a ball in a position like that,” Bunbury said. “Great vision on his part. I think we caught Chicago off-guard.
