Teal Bunbury’s “bittersweet” brace lifts New England past the Chicago Fire

The New England Revolution walked away with three points and one player in particular had a major impact. Teal Bunbury was the Man of the Match and it was well deserved after he scored his first brace since 2017.

Bunbury got his first of the night when he finished Tommy McNamara’s feed in the third minute. It was a goal that he said, “Caught Chicago off-guard.”

His second tally was the one that everyone is talking about. From well outside of the box, Bunbury sent a ball off of his right foot and it appeared as though the ball had GPS enabled.
