FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution kicked off the 2018 season with a frustrating loss to the Philadelphia Union last weekend, but it was just the first of 34 games on the schedule.
While the Revs are keeping in mind the past, they’re also focusing on what lies ahead as they open at Gillette Stadium in front of their home supporters on Saturday against the Colorado Rapids.
“We’re really excited about it,” said Matt Turner, who made his MLS debut in goal against Philly. “The Rebellion, the Midnight Riders, I know they’re excited about it, too, so we want to go out there, make them proud, and improve on our performance from last week.
