Cody Cropper suited up for Hartford Athletic on Saturday for a friendly against the Puerto Rico National Team.
Cropper, who hasn’t played first team minutes since May 4 when the New England Revolution were handed a 6-1 loss to the Chicago Fire, has struggled to climb his way into Bruce Arena’s 18. In search for more minutes, the goalkeeper has been sent to USL, according to a report from Pro Soccer USA.
Cropper started for Hartford on Saturday, contributing 78 minutes before making way for Jacob Lissek. Hartford had a 4-1 lead when Cropper departed.
