The New England Revolution announced on Friday that they had signed Justin Rennicks. Rennicks is the sixth homegrown player in club history.
Rennicks, 19, joined the Revolution Academy prior to the 2012-13 U.S. Soccer Developmental season before playing for Indiana University. Rennicks played the past two seasons at Indiana University where he had 6 goals (3 of which were game winners) and 1 assist throughout his 29 appearances. While with the Revolution Academy, Rennicks racked up 38 goals and 25 assists in over 100 appearances.
