FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution announced today that the club has re-signed midfielder Steve Neumann. Neumann, who has made 32 regular-season appearances for the Revs since being selected with the No. 4 pick in the first round of the 2014 MLS SuperDraft, originally did not have his contract option picked up by the club on Nov. 25. Per club and league policy, details of the contract were not disclosed.
After playing in 23 games for the Revs as a rookie in 2014, including an MLS-high 20 appearances off the bench, Neumann was limited to just nine appearances last season, including one start.
