The New England Revolution have re-signed DeJuan Jones ahead of the 2020 season.
Jones, 22, made 20 regular season appearances, including 14 starts, during his rookie year. A midfielder while at Michigan State University, Jones played most of his 1,296 professional minutes as a left back. He played 90 minutes at that position during the Revs’ 1-0 loss to Atlanta United in the MLS Cup Playoffs.
It’s not a surprise that Jones will be back in Revolution colors in 2020 because his speed and tenacity make him an asset on the left side.
