After a rough start on Thursday, the New England Revolution returned to the pitch on Saturday to face Minnesota United. The Revs lost 1-0 after Miguel Ibarra capitalized on a mistake.
The Revs maintained themselves in the first half as they limited Minnesota United’s offense and entered the locker room with zeroes on the board,
The second half was a different story for the Revolution. In the 65th minute, Minnesota midfielder Miguel Ibarra forced a turnover and slotted home a goal.
The Revolution did not give up, however.
