FOXBOROUGH, MA. – With the New England Revolution hosting their 2016 regular season home opener vs. D.C. United on March 12 (3 p.m. kick), club and Gillette Stadium officials want to make fans aware of the stadium’s clear bag policy and will be utilizing metal detectors to screen patrons at all stadium gate entrances, which will be in effect for all Revolution matches in 2016.
The Revolution and Gillette Stadium implemented the clear bag policy and metal detector screenings to ensure the safety of its patrons and make it easier for fans to gain access to the stadium on event day.
