FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – New England Revolution II (0-1-1, 1 pt.) fell to Orlando City B (1-1-0, 3 pts.), 2-0, at Gillette Stadium in USL League One action on Friday night. The match saw four first-team players feature in the starting lineup, with Homegrown Players Isaac Angking and Damian Rivera making their League One debuts.
“I actually thought the group did a good job of staying competitive and dictating the tempo of the game in the second half,” said Revolution II Head Coach Clint Peay. “We pushed a little harder than maybe you would if it was a senior team game but I think it showed that the guys still had enough left in the tank and maybe some ideas to move the ball against a decent Orlando group.
