Revolution fall 4-2 to LA Galaxy

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The Revolution (1-3-7; 10 points) fell to the LA Galaxy (6-1-3; 21 points), 4-2, at the StubHub Center on Sunday afternoon. Juan Agudelo scored for the second consecutive match, Kelyn Rowe recorded his second goal of the season, and captain Jose Goncalves made his 100^th appearance for the club in the loss. Rowe’s 24^th career goal moves him into a tie with Wolde Harris for ninth place on the club’s all-time goal scoring list. Goalkeeper Bobby Shuttleworth also submitted a season-high five saves, but the Revolution – forced to play with 10 men for the final 13 minutes due to a rib injury to Goncalves – couldn’t overcome an early three-goal deficit.
