Revolution 3, Sounders 3: New England Revolution equalize late and hold on for the draw in Seattle

The New England Revolution bounced back from last week’s disappointing loss to steal a point in Seattle in a 3-3 draw in back-and-forth nail biter of a game

For the second time in as many matches the New England Revolution found themselves trailing early, as Harry Shipp notched his 4th goal of the season in the second minute of play.

In the 27th minute Michael Mancienne evened the score by heading home a well-placed corner kick from Carles Gil. This was Mancienne’s first game back from an extended absence due to Plantar Fasciitis.

Gustavo Bou made it 2-1 with a bang-bang give and go with Edgar Castillo in the 35th minute.
