Ivorian center back Benjamin Angoua will soon join the New England Revolution, according to a report by Ouest France. A second story says that Angoua has signed a three-year deal with the Revs.
Angoua, 30, was most recently with Guingamp of France, having joined in 2014. He has played a total of 62 games with the club, largely as a center back. He has, however, shown the ability to play on the right side.
Before Guingamp, Angoua was with Valenciennes of France (2010-2014), Budapest Honved FC of Hungry (2006-2010), and Africa Sports of the Ivory Coast (2004-2006).
