CHESTER, Penn. – The New England Revolution (7-10-8, 29 pts.) fell to the Philadelphia Union (11-11-3, 36 pts.), 1-0, at Talen Energy Stadium on Saturday evening. Union forward Cory Burke scored the game's lone goal in the 53rd minute, when he beat goalkeeper Matt Turner with a right-footed shot. The goal was initially ruled offside, but was overturned after Video Review.
More than 600 Season Members traveled down to Philadelphia to support the Revolution at tonight's match as a benefit of their membership. Earlier this season, more than 700 Season Members bussed to New Jersey to support New England in its match against the New York Red Bulls on July 21.
