MONTCLAIR, N.J. – The New England Revolution defeated the New York Red Bulls, 3-2, after extra time in the Fourth Round of the 2019 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup on Tuesday evening. Teal Bunbury recorded a brace, including an equalizer in the 85th minute and the game-winning goal in extra time, and Juan Agudelo scored the quickest Open Cup goal in club history in the second minute. With the win, New England advances to the Round of 16 and extends its unbeaten run across all competitions to five games. The Revolution finished the match with 10 men, as midfielder Luis Caicedo was issued a second yellow card in second-half stoppage time.
