Recap: Revolution battle back twice to close road trip with 2-2 draw at NYCFC

NEW YORK, N.Y. – The New England Revolution (4-5-5; 17 pts.) played New York City FC (6-5-3; 21 pts.) to a 2-2 draw at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday evening. New England trailed late into the second half before midfielder Xavier Kouassi equalized in the 86^th minute with the first goal of his MLS career.

Forward Kei Kamara also tallied for the Revolution in the 24^th minute with an impressive headed finish, while New York City FC received goals from midfielders Jack Harrison and Miguel Camargo in the 16^th and 64^th minutes, respectively.
