FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution have re-signed defender DeJuan Jones. Jones, who is entering his second MLS season with New England, will occupy a senior roster spot beginning in 2020.
Jones, 22, totaled 20 regular season appearances and 14 starts in an impactful rookie campaign after being selected 11th overall in the 2019 MLS SuperDraft. He scored one goal and recorded one assist in 1,296 minutes of league action, also making one start in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup. The defender added a 90-minute performance at left back in the club’s Audi 2019 MLS Cup Playoffs match at Atlanta United.
