Juan Agudelo has been called up to the U.S. Men’s National Team ahead of a pair of World Cup Qualifiers.
Agudelo, 24, has scored three goals in 26 international appearances. The attacker was 17 years old when he made his debut against South Africa in 2010. His most recent appearance came during this past summer’s Gold Cup when he helped the U.S. finish first.
Agudelo has eight goals and one assist with the New England Revolution this season, though he hasn’t scored since Jul. 29. Agudelo has been used as both a striker and midfielder.
