FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – Brad Friedel has often said that the primary objective of preseason is to emerge unscathed and fully healthy, but unfortunately the New England Revolution do have a few injury concerns ahead of Saturday afternoon’s season opener against FC Dallas (4:30 p.m.ET, NBC Sports Boston, 98.5 The Sports Hub).
Isaac Angking, who missed the preseason finale against KR Reykjavik this past weekend with a quad injury, returned to full training on Tuesday morning and should be available for the trip to Texas when the Revs depart on Wednesday afternoon.
Juan Fernando Caicedo and Andrew Farrell, however, are question marks ahead of the weekend.
