The Revolution have featured a revolving cast of center backs since waiving goodbye to A.J. Soares three seasons ago. The list—which includes Jermaine Jones, Jose Goncalves, Andrew Farrell, London Woodberry and Je-Vaughn Watson—grew longer this off-season when the Revs acquired international defenders Antonio Delamea and Benjamin Angoua.
Yet this time, the Revolution think they've finally found consistency at the center back position. Delamea, in particular, has looked sharp through two regular-season matches, showing virtually no sign of rust after signing with the Revs eight weeks ago.
