New England Revolution fans will anxiously be waiting for the debut of Arnór Traustason. With the Icelandic attacker being the club’s most recent acquisition, it will be interesting to see how he performs.
Traustason comes with some quality experience. He has made over 30 appearances combined in the UEFA Champions League and Europa League and has spent time with Iceland’s National team.
Prior to coming to New England, the 27-year-old was at Malmo over in Sweden. In over 100 appearances he tallied 17 goals and 20 assists.
Coming to the United States and playing in a new league can be a shock to some players, but it appears that Traustason has fit in quite well.
