INDIANAPOLIS -- With the New England Patriots placing veteran cornerback Tarell Brown (foot) on season-ending injured reserve Saturday, it sparks two questions:
What's left on the roster?
Who might be possible targets in a trade?
The answer to the first question is that the Patriots are extremely thin and inexperienced at cornerback, with Malcolm Butler (second year) and Logan Ryan (third year) the top two options on the depth chart, followed by undrafted rookie Justin Coleman (Tennessee) and third-year player Rashaan Melvin, who was claimed on waivers on Wednesday.
