The Patriots resolved the contract situation with their final top free agent this offseason on Sunday, reportedly agreeing to a four-year deal with Kyle Dugger.
Dugger’s deal marked another re-signing by de facto general manager Eliot Wolf in the Patriots’ first offseason in the post-Bill Belichick era, something that wasn’t all too common in recent years.
