Jermaine Wiggins is on the record as not being a big believer in Mac Jones. In fact, he’s ready to trade the young quarterback if it means getting an upgrade at the position that could help turn the Patriots into a legitimate Super Bowl contender.
On Wednesday’s Greg Hill Show, Wiggy identified two trade possibilities that he would jump on in a heartbeat if he were in charge of the Patriots: Trading Jones to Houston for Deshaun Watson, or to Seattle for Russell Wilson.
“We have seen, in order for you to win a Super Bowl, you must have an elite quarterback, and you don’t have that,” Wiggy said.
