The New England Patriots remain in a rebuild even after a significant roster boost in the 2024 NFL Draft.
The team boasts several competitive players on the defensive front while the offense will rely on the pace of development from rookie quarterback Drake Maye, receiver Ja’Lynn Polk, tight end Hunter Henry and recently-extended running back Rhamondre Stevenson.
For that reason, the Patriots may not see a major change in record from their 4-13 mark during a poor 2023 season.
As a result, FS1’s Jason McIntyre did not choose kindly when ranking the Patriots in his Super Bowl hierarchy of contenders.
