The latest on Bill Belichick’s interview with UNC: Bill Belichick’s reported interest in possibly becoming North Carolina’s next head football coach seemed to catch many by surprise on Thursday. The former Patriots coach has never held an official coaching position in the college game, and some believe he wants to coach in the NFL again in order to break Don Shula’s all-time wins record.
Belichick apparently has the itch to coach again, no matter what level. Belichick plans to coach football in some capacity in 2025, the Monday Morning Quarterback’s Albert Breer reported.
